The iconic guitarist stopped by the Capital Theatre in Portchester, New York on his Living The Dream Tour. The place was sold out and I have to admit, I was surprised to see all the young kids at the show. I mean, they seem to be around the age of ten or eleven. It was good to see how much Slash has influenced the future musicians.
It was the first time I saw Slash live, I was supposed to go to the famous concert that Guns n Roses played at the Ritz in New York but I had to shoot another event on that day.
On this night, Slash featuring Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators were on point. The band is tight and Myles is always a top notch lead singer. Slash was AMAZING, his technique, the stage presence along with fact that he truly enjoys being on stage, and preforming. Many bands/artist don’t seem to want to be on stage, sometimes they turn the songs into a form of karaoke.

I was able to pick it up and give it to this little boy and the look on his face was priceless
It’s refreshing to see when someone famous and influential brings their A game and the fans in return have an amazing memory that will last a lifetime.
